Le Chalet St Martin is located 250m from the pistes. St Martin de Belleville is a charming French village which also forms part of the largest ski area in the world - the Three Valleys. Just hop onto the St Martin 1 ski lift followed by the St Martin 2 chairlift and voila you have 600km pistes to ski. The resorts of Meribel and Courchevel lead off to the left of St Martin with Les Menuires and Val Thorens heading off to the right.
St Martin itself is great for all levels, with some steady blue runs and challenging red runs including the well known 'Jerusalem' run back to the resort. Not to mention the amazing off piste area which opens up when the snow gods answer our powder prayers.
Whatever your ski level we also believe that everyone has something new to learn. There are French and English speaking ski instructors available in St Martin who offer group or private lessons for both piste and off-piste adventures. We can help arrange any lessons you need. Why not take a private instructor for the week and allow members of the ski group flexibility with no early morning rush to ski school for sleepy heads and allow those eager skiers to take the first lift slot.
We can also help to pre-book ski hire and we are pleased to be able to offer our guests a fantastic 35% discount for ski equipment hire with Skiset in St Martin. We can also help to pre-order your ski passes so that you can get straight out onto the slopes with no queueing at the lift pass office.
For families we can also help arrange children's ski lessons, creche or a private nanny. 'Le Chalet' is a great space for children and with a central village location it makes it easy to come and go as you please.

Non-ski activities
If you are not keen on skiing then don't worry there are many other snow activities in St Martin to choose from. If downhill skiing isn't your thing then maybe try cross-country skiing. There are 28kms of marked pistes which start from St Martin itself, the equipment is easy to hire and lessons are readily available if you need someone to show you how it's done. Snowshoe adventures are a fantastic way to get out in the fresh air for a bit of exercise and take in the mountain views. Group outings offer a great way to meet other people, test your French and sample some local French produce.
For anyone looking for something different why not take to the skies in a tandem parapente or even opt for a helicopter trip to see the mountains from up above. If you are feeling brave then head down under for an ice diving experience at Lac de Lou. If you feel the need for speed then get behind the wheel for some ice driving fun on the Val Thorens ice driving circuit. Our chalet manager can help you arrange any additional actvities to add something special to your ski trip to make it one to remember.
