'Le Chalet' St Martin de Belleville

Along with beautiful accommodation 'Le Chalet' also offers  guests a fantastic dining experience which includes:

- Welcome champagne and canapes on your arrival day, the perfect way to unwind after a long journey to the alps. Enjoy bubbles and nibbles next to the fire and take in the beautiful mountain views from the dining area. 

- Every morning our chalet host will serve a delicious breakfast - whether you are looking for a healthy or hearty breakfast we will adapt to your request. We understand that not everyone is a morning person so we let you decide which time you would like to join us for petit dejeuner.  If you're not "first lifters" then don't worry we will work around you. We also offer fresh bread daily from local 3* Michelin restaurant, La Bouitte. We also work with a local farm producer to offer fresh yoghurts each morning along with fantastic cheese from the farm

- Afternoon tea and cake and crepes - a sweet tooth's dream. When you return from your ski day our chalet host will serve homemade cake and pancakes along with freshly brewed tea, coffee and hot chocolate (six afternoons). A great way to re-fuel and unwind after a hard day on the slopes.

- Four course evening meal prepared by our in-house French chef including starter, main course, dessert and cheese board with local Savoie cheese. All accompanied by a carefully selected wine list and followed by tea and coffee next to the fire (six nights). We are continuing our partnership with La Bouitte (3* Michelin) to offer guests a unique dessert prepared by the restaurant to be included and served as part of the menu at Le Chalet one evening per week. 

There will be one chalet day off during the week and our chalet manager can help make restaurant reservations. There is a great choice in St Martin with everything from 3* Michelin La Bouitte, to restaurants with home-made local produce such as Le Montagnard and Jardin Josephine, grab a great pizza or cheese fondue at La Voute or for a real French experience we can book you into the restaurant Chantacoucou where all produce on the menu comes from the adjoining farm.
